Bravery and Kindness Camp :: 6-8Y :: May 29-June 1 :: DECATUR
Bravery and Kindness Camp :: 6-8 years :: May 29-June 1 (no class Memorial Day :: 2-5P
We are dedicating this week to the topic of bravery and kindness. We will be collaborating with Bravery Magazine to explore conversations, art projects, history, and our community. We will also be welcoming Margot Ecke of Smokey Road Press to the shop for a day of letterpress printing for a big community project! As parents know it is our goal to raise kind and brave human beings, we are so excited to spend an entire week celebrating these thoughtful acts!
Instructor : Carey Hall
Carey Hall started Mom Boobs Crafts in 2016, with a simple felt ornament. Since then she has been creating more ornaments, pins, banners, and a variety of custom orders. You can find Mom Boobs Crafts at Coco + Mishca, Hodgepodge Coffeehouse, Kiwi Vintage, Paris on Ponce, and Top Stitch. When she’s not sewing, she’s running her other business, Action Artwork Rental, which rents cleared artwork to the film industry. Carey lives in Ormewood Park with her husband and their two spirited sons.
