Hot/Cold Polar Bear Pack
Drop this polar bear in your little one's lunch to keep it cold and fresh! Or heat and freeze to soothe sore muscles, headaches, cramps, bruises, and more!
To use as a cold pack, place pack in the freezer for at least one hour. Remove from freezer and apply to the affected area.
To use as a hot pad, place pack in hot water for about 7 minutes (do not boil water). Carefully remove from water and apply to the affected area.
