Won't You Be My Neighbor? Camp :: ATHENS
July 29th-Aug 2nd :: 10a-1p :: 4-6Y :: $170
This week is based on one of our favorite childhood personalities; Mr. Rogers. We will focus on the simple pleasures and great questions of life alike as we create a cozy and kind neighborhood of our very own. This class is sure to be filled with heartwarming talks, as well as songs, sweaters, puppets, and so much more. Won't you be our neighbor and celebrate the joy of being a good human?
Kristen Hyink: Kristen Hyink is a self-taught illustrator, sculptor, and musician who has called Athens home since 2015. With a passion for wildlife, storytelling, ornate details and humor, Kristen loves incorporating elements of playfulness, empathy, and nature into her artwork and her lesson plans. Her audio-visual works have been featured at both Lyndon House and OCAF. When she isn't teaching or working behind the counter at TREEHOUSE, you can find her immersed in a project in her sunny home studio.
**A snack will be provided for all camps. Please bring a sack lunch for all morning camps!
Safety & Drop Off Policy
All camps are organized and fully staffed for kids to be dropped off. You are welcome to stick around during camp, so long as it does not interfere with class.
If you choose to drop off your child at camp you MUST fill out a waiver and sign IN and OUT for each day of camp. It is our goal to provide the safest experience for our TREEHOUSE families.
