While this is intended to be an ongoing class, if you are interested in trying out the class for a day, are visiting from out of town, or want to pay week by week we have opened up for drop ins! Please note that the drop in rate is slightly higher that the session based classes. If you have a punchcard you can use it here!

WEDNESDAYS | 4P-5P | 3-6 years | 585 Barber St Studio G⠀⠀⠀

In this class, kids will explore their creativity through process art—a fun, open-ended approach where the focus is on the experience of making art, not necessarily the final product. Each week, young artists will experiment with a variety of materials and techniques, from painting and drawing to collage, printmaking, and sculpture.

There are no right or wrong answers in process art! Children are encouraged to explore, invent, and express themselves freely. This helps build confidence, problem-solving skills, and a love for creativity that goes beyond the classroom.

Instructor: Shaunia Grant ~ Shaunia is a local artist and educator who received their MFA from UGA. When they are not at TREEHOUSE teaching you can find them teaching other places around town like Lyndon House and making work in their own studio. Everyone is a big Shaunia fan and she loves teaching kids!

Jan 12-march 13 :: 9 weeks No class Spring Break

Cancellation Policy: If you register for a session and can't attend, please inform us 72 hours prior; we'll refund you, less a $20 security deposit. Regrettably, if we're not notified, no refund can be issued. Our staff and instructors carefully prepare for each spot in our classes. Funds from no-shows will be allocated to the many scholarships and donations we give throughout the year.

Make-up classes may be made on Saturdays within the same session, unless otherwise approved. Sign up for make ups on our class calendar and select "class makeup"

Safety Policy + Drop Off Waiver:
All classes are organized, supervised, and equipped to allow dropping-off of students, unless otherwise noted. Our liability must be signed prior to class and can be found here.
