HOW DO I EARN POINTS?

This one's easy - by shopping with us! Every purchase you make while logged in will earn you points with us.

HOW DO I SPEND MY POINTS?

You can check on your points anytime in your rainbow account - once you have enough to redeem, you'll be given a prompt to REDEEM! You can then use the discount code you're given online or in-store :)

CAN I RECEIVE POINTS FOR PAST PURCHASES?

Sadly, you cannot - but it's never too late! Create an account and start collecting with your next order. Points are rounded down to the nearest whole dollar (ex., if you spend $9.99, you will earn 9 points).

DO POINTS EXPIRE?

Nope! You can save these bad boys for as lonnnnnng as you want.

I entered my birthday, why didn’t I get points?

This one's tricky. If your birthday is within 30 days of the day you entered it (ex: you sign up for rainbow rewards 12/01, and your birthday is 12/12), you won't receive points for security reasons

Dont worry - you can still get them! shoot us an email, and we'll enter them manually :)
