Movin' and Groovin' Art

Get ready to make your art come to life! This week, campers will explore the world of kinetic and automata art—where creativity meets engineering. Using cardboard, recyclables, and kid-safe construction tools, we’ll build moving sculptures, puppets, and other creations that spin, wobble, and groove. Fun, hands-on, and full of motion!  We will also learn about artists in Art History who have created art that moves....and grooves!

Aftercare for morning camps: We are thrilled to offer an aftercare opportunity through the studio Athens located in the Chase Street Warehouses.  Aftercare students will be walked to the studio by one of our trusted instructors and kids will eat lunch and be engaged by the Studio staff.  Sign up for aftercare through the studio here.

Cancellation Policy: If you sign up for a camp and can no longer attend, please call or email us to let us know.  Cancellations made within 14 days before the start of camp will be allowed a refund less a $20 admin fee.  Camps cancelled less than 14 days prior to the start of camp can not be refunded. We apologize but we put a lot of energy into materials and preparation.  These fees will be put towards the many scholarships and donations that we give throughout the year.
