At our house, eating the “green stuff” is no secret. We grow it, eat it , and we talk about it too. Most importantly I love to make things that taste awesome! This Green Milk Shake is a favorite around our house- it really tastes like a milk shake! It makes a great popsicle too. INGREDIENTS :: 3 frozen bananas :: 3 dates, pitted :: 3 Tbsp of Chia Seeds :: 1 handful of raw almonds :: 1 handful of fresh spinach :: 1/2 tsp vanilla extract :: water DIRECTIONS :: Blend all ingredients together, add water until it reaches your desired consistency :: ENJOY! :: photos and recipe by Kristen Bach
